What We Can Help You on Your Precision Needs?
Batnon provides CNC machining services for medical, robotics, semiconductor, battery, and industrial equipment sectors. Our RFQ process requires STEP files, 2D drawings with GD&T, material grade, finish specification, and inspection level. Typical tolerances: ±0.005mm for CTQ features. Materials include aluminum 6061/7075, stainless 303/304/316/17‑4, titanium Gr5/Gr23, magnesium AZ31B, PEEK, POM, nylon, ABS, PC, PEI, PTFE, and carbon‑filled grades. Secondary operations: anodizing (Type II/III), passivation, heat treatment, electropolishing, plating, and assembly. Deliverables: CoC, CMM reports, FAIR, MTRs. No MOQ for prototypes.
When preparing an RFQ, define datum reference frame, mark CTQs, specify pre‑ or post‑finish tolerances, and include any cleanroom or packaging requirements. Our engineering team reviews every submission for manufacturability and cost optimization.
